Sales Director, Rebel Crystal Division

Role Overview

The Sales Director will be the first face of the new Rebel Crystal Division, building and owning distributor relationships across North America and turning SuperNovaTM and VenusTM into the crystal that fashion houses, dance studios, and other buyers ask for by name. This role is built for someone who wants more than a sales quota, with increasing bandwidth and authority to grow the business and potentially own the entire division.

What You Will Do

The Sales Director will sell SuperNovaTM and VenusTM crystals directly to distributors, fashion houses, dance studios, and other qualified buyers throughout North America. They will also identify and recruit social media influencers who align with the SuperNovaTM and VenusTM brands, build relationships with influencers, and manage influencer partnerships.

Requirements

• Industry experience in crystals, rhinestones, apparel trims, or a related fashion, dance, or cheer supply industry
• Established network of distributors, fashion houses, dance studios, and other qualified buyers
• True hunter mentality with confidence to cold call, conduct in-person sales visits, build new relationships, and close deals
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in building a business from the ground up
• Strong leadership potential, ambition, and the desire to grow with the organization as the Crystal Division continues to expand
