Rebuildit is seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead their expanding sales operations in Orlando, Florida. The role involves leading both B2C and B2B sales initiatives, driving revenue growth across residential and commercial segments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, outside sales, or sales management
  • Experience in B2C sales (home improvement, construction, or related industries) is strongly preferred
  • Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of marketing and lead generation integration with sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
