Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, outside sales, or sales management
- Experience in B2C sales (home improvement, construction, or related industries) is strongly preferred
- Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and account management
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong understanding of marketing and lead generation integration with sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Leadership mindset with the ability to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team
