Recorded Future is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Billing Operations to lead and scale billing processes across a global customer base. The role requires a balance of hands-on operational execution, strong judgement, and process ownership, with a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong Order to Cash experience
- Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of billing processes, invoicing structures, and collections workflows
