Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Compliance
- Experience managing Saudi government portals and labor compliance
- Strong understanding of KSA labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about culture-building and employee experience
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive matters
- Solutions-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable navigating regulations and compliance requirements
