Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will serve as a key finance partner to the Grocery channel, helping shape commercial decisions, optimize investments, and drive profitable growth across a dynamic national customer portfolio.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and performance reviews, conduct month-end close analysis, prepare financial reporting, and manage trade investment forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance or a related role
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, large data-set analysis, and management reporting
• Solid understanding of financial planning, variance analysis, and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
