Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing Red Bull business by building brand and size distribution and in-store marketing impact to maximize potential off-take in a defined geographical distributor area. The TSM will deal mainly with distributors, as well as priority national & local accounts in Retail and Impulse and On Premise. The purpose is to establish a relationship to implement the sales fundamentals, which drive our business.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include financial and trade sales targets fulfillment for all distributors, towns, and specified geography, setting up business and personnel relationships with distributors, implementing and aligning sales fundamentals with distributors and customers, and measuring and adapting them to maximize growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG sales experience of 2-5 years, have handled distributors and frontline field force, and possess basic leadership qualities, good communication, planning, and presentation skills, analytical ability, logical thinking, and passion for the brand.
