What You Will Do

Implement and monitor financial, operational, and performance indicators related to the Revenue Cycle; Extract, treat, integrate, and validate data using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel; Develop dashboards, management reports, and executive analyses to follow up on results and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis, planning, performance, and processes related to the hospital environment
• Experience in building, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational indicators
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Language M
• Intermediate knowledge in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX
• Experience in data extraction, treatment, integration, validation, and analysis
• Experience in developing controls, automations, and process improvements
• Knowledge in modeling, consolidation, and structuring databases
• Analytical capacity, organization, and attention to details
• Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and translate operational needs into analytical solutions
• Orientation towards results, continuous improvement, productivity, and operational efficiency
