Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, disciplined, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside sales team and help drive new business through high-volume outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.

What You Will Do

Prospect into target accounts through outbound calling, email, and other sales engagement activity, follow up on inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

High performers in this role will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and grow into a closing (BDR/Account Executive) role over time.

Requirements

  • Inside sales experience (3 years preferred)
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to commute to Congers, NY

Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 per year
  • On-Target Incentive (OTI): $36,000 per year
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $86,000 per year
  • Uncapped incentive structure
  • Scaling PTO: 2 weeks in Year 1, with scheduled increases based on tenure milestones
