Director of Engineering, Customer Experience

We’re looking for a Director of Engineering, Customer Experience to lead our consumer-facing teams and drive technical excellence and customer-centricity. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll be responsible for elevating user experience across our Consumer FX products and B2B applications, building a data-driven engineering organization, and ensuring our systems are operationally excellent.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a similar capacity as a Director of Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Team building: A strong track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
  • Experience in building Consumer-facing products
  • Technical excellence: A deep technical background in modern software architecture
  • Global FinTech/Tech Experience: Previous experience operating within a financial or technology company with a global footprint and stringent compliance standards
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
