Marketing Manager responsible for managing marketing for RedSail pharma and RedSail Advantage solutions, including copay assistance, pharmacy switch, medication adherence, and GTM efforts for pharma programs.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, pain points, and buying behaviors of key decision-makers.
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with pharma and pharmacy audiences across all channels.
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, webinars, events, paid media) aligned to pipeline / revenue targets and marketing department goals.
- Build and maintain a library of sales tools (battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling guides, product sheets) that equip Sales to close.
- Deliver product training and enablement sessions for the sales team on new launches, competitive positioning, and ICP targeting.
- Build relationships and partner with subject matter experts to elevate them as thought leaders in our content, increasing authority and building RedSail’s brand reputation.
