Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with Sales leadership to plan, develop, and execute business processes and workflows, manage forecasting cadences, and monitor process compliance. You will serve as a key business partner to the Sales Team, using strong business acumen and a passion for operations to drive scalable, data-driven improvements in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include acting as a business partner to Sales leadership, driving sales territory planning and execution, creating processes and workflows across the sales lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, tracking operational performance, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Finance, or related roles
- Experience as a Sales Operations business partner, or in a related function, working with cross-functional teams
- Deep experience with sales operations and data strategy
- Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to build effective relationships across global teams
- Proactive approach and willingness to dig into challenges with little direction
- Confidence in advocating for best practices
- Excellent critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components, develop solutions, and communicate clearly across departments and stakeholders
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with the following technology stack: Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Clari, Clay, Outreach, Qlik, SPIFF, Ironclad, and Clari CoPilot
