Role Overview
As a Sales Lead at Reformation, you will be an elite sales professional and a central figure in the Reformation store ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing a private book of business, driving exceptional sales per hour (SPH), and acting as a trend authority. You will foster long-term loyalty through expert service and sophisticated clienteling, leading to transformational experiences.
What You Will Do
Drive performance and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales goals, owning your business, and acting as an entrepreneur within the store. You will also provide styling consultations, anticipate client needs, and maintain extraordinary customer feedback scores.

Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume, sales-driven, or commission-based luxury/premium retail environment
- Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed SPH and personal sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Deep passion for styling and ability to “edit” collections for clients based on body type, occasion, and personal style
- Self-starter mentality and ability to treat the role like a career
