Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Account Manager – Oilfield to lead sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth and profitability. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with oilfield customers, serving as a trusted advisor, and meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit goals.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with oilfield customers, present RelaDyne’s oilfield-focused products and services, and maintain consistent communication to ensure timely follow-up on orders and service needs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably within industrial distribution, energy, lubricants, or related industries, and a strong understanding of oilfield operations and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong understanding of oilfield operations and customer needs
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
