Role Overview
Relativity is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator – CPQ to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and scalability of our Salesforce CPQ platform. This role sits on the Financial Applications team and reports to the Manager, Financial Applications.
What You Will Do
You will partner closely with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and other technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions—especially new products, packaging, and pricing initiatives—while maintaining platform health and supporting internal users.

You will contribute strategic input and participate in CPQ and pricing/packaging roadmap planning, provide guidance and light mentorship to more junior administrators, and lead CPQ solution design for new pricing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with full-cycle Salesforce CPQ design and development in a production environment
- 3+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including automation and configuration supporting sales processes
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ features including product/bundle setup, Product Rules, Price Rules, discounting, renewals/amendents, and Advanced Approvals
- Strong understanding of SaaS quote-to-cash (packaging, subscription pricing, quoting, approvals, contracting, ordering, renewals) and how CPQ changes impact downstream systems
- Experience building and maintaining complex automation using Flows and CPQ tooling; working knowledge of SOQL and the Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) for advanced quoting logic
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and prioritization skills, with experience balancing project-based delivery with daily maintenance and support
- Experience supporting and delivering solutions for a mid-size to large organization (e.g. 500+ employees) and various internal stakeholder groups
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
