FP&A Project Accountant

Role Overview

Join our growing FP&A team as a Project Accountant, taking ownership of the financial health of your own business segment from day one. You will manage the project lifecycle from financial set up through revenue recognition, billing, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner directly with account teams and business unit leaders to keep everyone aligned on budgets, actuals, and profitability.

What You Will Do

Own the financial lifecycle of projects, including initial set up, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare project level reconciliations and review budget balances, actuals versus budget, profitability, and monthly invoicing with key account leads.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and summarize large data sets
• Basic project accounting experience
• A working understanding of core financial concepts, such as revenue recognition
• Great positivity and energy, and a collaborative, can-do approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
