Senior AI GTM Engineer, AI and Applications

Role Overview

The Senior AI GTM Engineer will own Claude and AI applications outside of Salesforce, building the AI that RELEX’s sellers work with every day. The role will decide how it’s built and build it yourself as part of a team.

What You Will Do

The Senior AI GTM Engineer will be responsible for building AI applications for the Sales division, including Claude and other AI models, as well as consulting on other 3rd party tools’ AI capabilities.

The role requires at least five years of building software, with significant experience building AI applications or agents running in production, and strong knowledge of TypeScript or Python.

Requirements

• At least five years of building software
• Significant experience building AI applications or agents running in production
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript or Python
• Experience integrating with a system of record, such as Salesforce, through its APIs and permission model
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting, covering deployment, secrets, and monitoring
• Experience with data protection, e.g. permissions, data residency, and what an AI should and shouldn’t see
• An understanding of how sellers work, and the instinct to keep people’s judgment where it adds value
• Clear writing, e.g. for decision requests, definitions of done and documentation
• A record of getting things done through teams you don’t manage, such as platform teams, IT, operations and sales leaders
