Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, economics, communication or advertising)
• Understanding of business and marketing to develop digital marketing strategies for clients
• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client/customer service, ideally in a role that requires relationship management
• Proactive, ‘take charge’ approach to manage multiple projects and stay on top of work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator with close attention to detail
• Prior hands-on experience using digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics), website CMS or eCommerce platforms (highly favored but not essential)
