CPQ Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong CPQ Business Analyst to support our in-house creation of a Configure, Price, Quote, and Contract platform. This role acts as the critical liaison between the business contacts and the software development team, gathering actionable functional requirements.

What You Will Do

The role will predominately focus on gathering and analyzing working group data, identifying current processes and areas for improvement, researching best practices and documenting functional requirements for the software development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required, ISEB qualified Business Analyst preferred
• 3–7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN
• Experience working with CPQ tools (custom-built or platforms like Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.)
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounting, or revenue management concepts
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements
• Experience writing functional requirements documents
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work across business and technical teams
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 – $119,400
