Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment
• Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency)
• Excellent communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Strong system-thinking mindset—you thrive on solving organizational friction through process and tools
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment; self-starter who can own projects end-to-end
