Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures
- Create specific reports and dashboards for Sales Management to support strategic and tactical initiatives
- Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information
- Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users
- Continued databases clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce
- Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency
- Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours
