Residential Sales Manager

We are looking to expand our current sales management team. The Sales Manager reports directly to the location President and is responsible for the oversight and continuous development of a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales management and leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales, and marketing or related field
• Ability to lead, develop, train, motivate, and directly manage a team of 10-20 Design Consultants
• Ability to build a customer-focused high performing sales team
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
