We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team, someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes ownership in maintaining accurate commission and bonus administration. This role is a key part of ensuring our sales compensation processes run smoothly, audits are precise, and our payroll submissions are accurate.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant accounting or sales operations experience preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Accuracy: High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track.
- CRM Knowledge: Ability to update and manage CRM tools with audits and payroll data.
- Problem Solving: Positive attitude and ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise.
