Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Growth Operations or Marketing Ops
- HubSpot mastery, creation, and maintenance of workflows, segmentations, properties, lists, lead scoring, and good CRM hygiene practices
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets management, basic modeling, analysis of cohorts, funnels, conversion rates, and root cause analysis
