Construction Account Manager

The Construction Account Manager is responsible for identifying leads and selling temporary waste removal to customers in the construction industry, building long-term relationships and increasing revenue to meet company goals.

Requirements

  • Effectively maintain and retain existing customers
  • Identify viable leads, manage prospects, and secure all lines of temporary business
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to grow existing client base
  • Utilize Salesforce daily, schedule and document all activities
  • Generate and provide sales leads for permanent sales opportunities
  • Meet with Sales Manager to review customer retention and relationship activities
  • Partner with operations team to address customer services issues
  • Participate in company-sponsored activities, trade shows, and chamber of commerce events
