The Construction Account Manager is responsible for identifying leads and selling temporary waste removal to customers in the construction industry, building long-term relationships and increasing revenue to meet company goals.
Requirements
- Effectively maintain and retain existing customers
- Identify viable leads, manage prospects, and secure all lines of temporary business
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to grow existing client base
- Utilize Salesforce daily, schedule and document all activities
- Generate and provide sales leads for permanent sales opportunities
- Meet with Sales Manager to review customer retention and relationship activities
- Partner with operations team to address customer services issues
- Participate in company-sponsored activities, trade shows, and chamber of commerce events
