We’re looking for a visionary leader to help shape and scale our data governance capabilities. As a Data Quality Lead – Sales Operations, you’ll develop and implement data quality rules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data quality accountability.
Requirements
- Develop and implement data quality rules and control mechanisms for customer master data across systems
- Collaborate with the Data Governance Lead to align data quality standards with governance policies
- Create and manage a regular cadence of data profiling, audits, and quality reporting
- Identify, track, and remediate data quality issues such as duplicate records, incorrect account hierarchies, and missing attributes
- Maintain and manage a data quality issue log and support root cause analysis and prevention planning
- Partner with GTS and Data Stewards to implement solutions and automate cleansing routines where possible
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key data quality metrics such as completeness, conformity, uniqueness, and timeliness
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders based on trends and anomalies in data quality
- Communicate data quality health and improvement progress across Sales Ops and cross-functional teams
- Ensure that data quality supports key business processes such as segmentation, lead management, order fulfillment, and account-based reporting
- Participate in projects involving customer data (e.g., CRM upgrades, territory planning, ERP integration) to ensure data quality considerations are embedded
- Train business users and stewards on data entry best practices and quality expectations
