Role Overview

Join Resmed’s Global Market Research & Intelligence team as a Market Intelligence Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions. Acting as an early-warning system for the business, you’ll identify, analyze, and communicate market, competitive, customer, industry, and macroeconomic developments that could influence strategic priorities across Resmed’s global Sleep business.

What You Will Do

As a core member of the Global Market Research & Intelligence team, you will: Own ongoing intelligence gathering and monitoring activities across the U.S. and EMEA markets. Track competitors, customers, healthcare policy, reimbursement changes, regulatory developments, technology innovation, digital health trends, and broader industry dynamics impacting the Sleep business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Economics, Strategy, Analytics, Data/Information Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, strategy research, consulting, market research, analytics, equity research, industry research, or related analytical disciplines.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess evidence and develop informed points of view.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience translating complex information into concise business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage subject matter experts and work effectively across functions and geographies.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for research, analysis, synthesis, or productivity applications.
• Strong ownership mindset with excellent prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.
