User Data Growth Analytics Lead

Role Overview

As the User Data Growth Analytics Lead, you’ll lead the measurement framework that explains what drives user engagement, retention, and expansion—and how those dynamics connect directly to demand and revenue. You’ll help Resmed make smarter, faster decisions about how to grow value across millions of active users.

What You Will Do

Define the analytics foundation, tell the story behind the data, translate insight into financial impact, drive cross-functional visibility, insights, and accountability, shape scalable data products, move fast, measure impact, and evolve, build agile forecasts and size opportunities, drive accountability through always-on measurement, and champion thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, growth, or user analytics, including leadership of complex analytical programs or teams
• Expertise with large longitudinal datasets, lifecycle and retention analysis, and driver-based forecasting
• Advanced SQL and analytical skills, with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, Python, or similar tools
• Strong business and financial acumen, capable of translating behavioral data into forecast impact
• Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making through clear, data-driven narratives
