Data Engineer | ESG & AI Platform (ESGenius! – The Sustainability OS)

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the data backbone of ESGenius!, a leading ESG & sustainability platform used by top organizations in Greece and beyond. You will work on designing and scaling data pipelines, structuring ESG data, and enabling analytics and AI-driven functionalities within a real-world SaaS product.

Requirements

• Design and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines for ESG and sustainability data
• Build and optimize data models to support reporting, analytics, and platform features
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Collaborate with software engineers, AI developers, and ESG experts
• Prepare structured datasets for AI / machine learning applications
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data-driven features
• Continuously improve data workflows and automation processes
