Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry. This role supports U.S. operations and follows a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Revenue Operations Sr. Manager.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Data Management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep Salesforce experience: reports, dashboards, data loader, record types, validation rules, and page layouts
- Hands-on experience with mass data operations at scale using Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, or equivalent
- Experience leading data hygiene or data quality programs, not just executing individual tasks
- Proficiency in SQL or SOQL for data querying across multiple systems
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT, Glean) to accelerate data operations and analysis
