Territory Sales Manager, Chicago (Golf Technology)

Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships in Chicago and Milwaukee areas. This role focuses on account development, territory planning, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sales objectives. The position reports to the Regional Sales Director (Central) and is based in Chicago.

What You Will Do

The Territory Sales Manager will work towards overall revenue performance, develop and execute strategic territory plans, analyze sales data, and collaborate with key and strategic accounts. They will also travel throughout the region to call on golf courses, retailers, and partners, and represent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows and events.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. Golf industry experience is preferred, and the candidate should be comfortable with frequent regional travel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management
  • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
