People Operations Generalist

Role Overview

The People Operations Generalist will own and improve the systems, processes, and programs that support RevenueCat’s employees throughout their journey. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll continually learn how to employ people in new countries and navigate different EOR platforms, employment models, benefits, immigration, compliance, and other global People Operations challenges.

What You Will Do

The role involves managing employee data across HRIS, People systems, and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. You’ll also be responsible for onboarding, offboarding, employee data, lifecycle changes, and first-line employee support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role at a fast-moving tech company
• hands-on experience managing employee data across HRIS, People systems, and documentation
• highly organized and detail-oriented
• resourceful and curious
• ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and thoughtfully across different audiences
• high-ownership and comfortable with ambiguity
• ability to handle sensitive employee information and confidential processes with discretion and sound judgment
