Senior Director, Commercialization FP&A

Role Overview

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Director of Commercialization FP&A to join our growing Finance team. The Senior Director of Commercialization FP&A will act as the key financial business partner for our growing Global Commercialization organization and support Global Commercial & Access, Global Medical Affairs, and US Commercial teams.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong cross-functional business partnerships to forecast and track activities by embedding finance into decision-making processes. Collaborate with various levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare operating budgets and financial forecasts during planning cycles.

Provide financial direction to key stakeholders with influence with proactive recommendations, supported by robust financial analysis and insightful delivery. Develop and prepare monthly internal financial management reporting packages and commercialization profit/loss reports for the global and US organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 12+ years in biopharmaceuticals finance/FP&A with progressive leadership roles
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Experience with commercial product launch and global expansion preferred
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Excel expertise with modeling experience, PowerPoint proficiency
• Extensive experience utilizing financial systems and other business intelligence tools
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with ability to synthesize viewpoints of different functions, while executing on individual and shared goals
