Sr Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview

Revolution Space is seeking an Sr. FP&A Manager to lead financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis. The role involves building and maintaining complex multi-year models for long-range planning and business scenarios.

What You Will Do

You will prepare high-level financial packages, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, support weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis and reporting deliverables, and collaborate with the Leadership Team to create forward-looking financial projections.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to step back and analyze the enterprise-wide business impact. They will also have experience building 13-week Cash Flow Reports, Annual Operating Plans, and LRP financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
• 12+ years of experience in dynamic Finance roles including FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling
• FP&A experience supporting a U.S. Government Contractor
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proven people and project management experience with successful results
• Ability to thrive and lead in a complex business environment
• Ability to professionally present results and financial analysis to the Leadership Team
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
