Role Overview

The Senior Key Account Manager will develop innovative CRM strategies with partner companies, manage selected program partners, and drive business growth. The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

What You Will Do

The Senior Key Account Manager will consult with partners on CRM measures, identify new business opportunities, and present CRM concepts to stakeholders. They will also monitor KPIs, derive optimization measures, and ensure the operational implementation of agreed measures.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration / Marketing or comparable training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the CRM, Key Account, Consulting, or Project Management field
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• High initiative, hands-on mentality, and the ability to proactively drive projects
• Talent to manage multiple topics in parallel, set priorities correctly, and maintain a clear overview even in dynamic situations
• Analytical thinking and interest in data-based decisions
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented thinking
• C1 level in German (competent language use, secure handling of demanding professional communication in the work context)
