Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth, gain market share, and create future pipeline opportunities within specific segments or product specialisms. This role is pivotal in driving sales, collaborating with branch-based teams, and creating exceptional customer relationships and services.

Key responsibilities include creating a strategic roadmap to increase market share, building and maintaining a pipeline of customer partnerships, creating partnerships and strategic relationships with customers, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
- Commercial expertise (margin, P&L, cost to serve)
- Influencing and Negotiation skills
- Experience within a business development or account manager role with proven results
- Able to make data-driven decisions to drive strategic plans and growth opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proven sales experience with the ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
- Extensive knowledge of sales processes and techniques
