As a Business Development Manager at Rexel, you will drive profitable growth, gaining market share and creating future pipeline opportunities, within specific segment or product specialism. This role is pivotal in driving sales, collaborating with branch based teams and creating an exceptional customer relationship and service.

Requirements
- Commercial expertise (margin, P&L, cost to serve)
- Influencing and Negotiation skills
- Experience within a business development role with proven results.
- Able to make data driven decisions to drive strategic plans and growth opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to collaborate cross functionally.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to prospect, qualify and close new business.
- Extensive knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
