• Salary: $188,058-235,072 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Drives and optimizes Retail and Food Service on Premise (FSOP) execution and operational performance of the Field Sales teams across the company.
• Coordinates Field Sales, Customer, Commercial, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and the rest of the Sales Operations team to implement and improve routines, initiatives, and tools.
• Supports the strategy development to deliver assigned annual volume, profit, and share growth plans for the company
• Collaborates with Sales Operations Leadership team to plan, develop, and implement multi-year field execution measurement and improvement strategy
• Travel up to 50%
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 8 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
