We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to serve as the primary owner of day-to-day revenue operations, ensuring consistent, scalable and compliant execution across the revenue engine. As the business scales, this role will build and lead a broader team focused on day-to-day operations. The role is execution-focused from day one, and you will operate with a lean team initially, expected to be hands-on across reporting & forecasting, deal desk & deal operations, pricing & proposals, policy compliance, sales compensation, and operational support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within the SaaS software industry
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated experience across the full revenue operations remit
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, with admin certification or equivalent proof of experience strongly preferred
