Federal Strategic Growth Analyst

Role Overview

The Strategic Growth Analyst is responsible for assisting in the execution of RGP’s public sector growth strategy, driving pipeline development, and building senior-level client relationships within the public sector.

What You Will Do

Assist with translating the portfolio strategy into actionable growth plans, develop and mature Tier 1 and Tier 2 pursuits, conduct research and analysis on contract vehicles, and support proposal process and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Comfort with Gov Tribe, GovWin, GSA MAS, Sam.gov and associated AI tools
  • Understanding of the Federal acquisition life cycle
  • Willingness to work within a structured Federal Strategic Growth team
  • Demonstrable growth and capture experience
  • Desired client relationships within the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Department of War (DoW) – formerly the Department of Defense, or in federal financial organizations such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Treasury or Securities Exchance Commission (SEC)
