Inside Sales Associate I

Inside Sales Associate I at Rheem will interact with customers, providing information and generating orders. The role involves providing friendly and efficient service, generating orders, and assisting with warehouse tasks.

Requirements

• Greet and help walk-in customers
• Promptly answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and text messages
• Prepare and send quotes to customers
• Place special product orders on an as needed basis
• Process incoming and outgoing warranty claims
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling orders, checking in incoming product, and loading and unloading trucks
• Participate in active training for new and current products
• Process UPS orders, track orders and accept deliveries
• Assist outside sales team in processing customer requests
• Assist in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
