Inside Sales Associate I at Rheem will interact with customers, providing information and generating orders. The role involves providing friendly and efficient service, generating orders, and assisting with warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- Greet and help walk-in customers
- Promptly answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and text messages
- Prepare and send quotes to customers
- Place special product orders on an as needed basis
- Process incoming and outgoing warranty claims
- Assist warehouse staff with pulling orders, checking in incoming product, and loading and unloading trucks
- Participate in active training for new and current products
- Process UPS orders, track orders and accept deliveries
- Assist outside sales team in processing customer requests
- Assist in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
