The FP&A Manager for F&A Maisons within Richemont Korea plays a key role in supporting financial operations and contributing to the Maisons’ performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and mechanisms
• Demonstrated ability to deal with large amounts of data and strong analytical skills
• Unwavering integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to accuracy
• Strong business partnering capabilities, with the ability to strategically influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
• International exposure through personal experience and previous roles, demonstrating an understanding of global business contexts and luxury markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse, non-financial stakeholders
• Native proficiency in Korean and fluent in English (written and spoken)
