Role Overview

The Regional Finance Operations Manager will act as a key driver for accounting process excellence, regional alignment, governance, and finance operations transformation across the APAC region and North-East Asia sub-region.

The role will involve maintaining governance over regional finance operations priorities, strategic roadmaps, and finance process excellence, driving process optimization and realization, and leading regional project management.

Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance and Accounting

• Leadership and ability to motivate a group of stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex financial processes and diagnose operational pain points
• Problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions
• Hands-on experience with standard accounting operational workflows, SAP FICO, AI/automation tools, and strong project management capabilities
