What You Will Do
Collect, organize, and analyze financial data, identify key trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement, and prepare monthly financial board packages.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong academic record
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas) and PowerPoint presentation development
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
