Product Operations Analyst

Join Acquire BPO under the RingCentral account as a Product Operations Analyst. You will be the operational backbone of the Product organization, ensuring processes are efficient, data is accurate, and teams are aligned to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Data Intelligence, or a similar data-intensive analyst role.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and mastery of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau, and familiarity with project management software like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across technical and non-technical teams.
