Role Overview
We are seeking a curious, data-savvy, and insights-driven Senior Partnerships Analyst to support the EMEA team, based in the UK. This position focuses on uncovering trends, analyzing data, and influencing strategy through actionable insights which will enhance our existing Partnerships, support new Business Development and accelerate our business efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Creation of a source of truth, data management, collation & hygiene to support EMEA business operations. Trend analysis & process optimization across the Student Journey to support business growth through growth in new enrollments, improvements in retention or reduced cost of acquisition.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong Salesforce data experience, including data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Comprehensive knowledge of statistics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience developing reporting, analysis, forecasting, or performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills with a track record of delivering value-driven solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to build credibility and relationships across teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
