Role Overview

The Operational Data Analyst is embedded within the Operations organization and is responsible for turning operational data into insights, tools, and reporting that improve visibility, drive performance, and support data-informed decision-making across RJW’s network.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary analytical resource for operational leaders, providing visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends across the network. Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to support operational areas such as labor planning, throughput, inventory accuracy, space utilization, transportation, and customer performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field
  • SQL knowledge
  • Microsoft Power BI knowledge
  • Experience in Warehousing or Logistics
  • Experience with Synapse or similar WMS software
