Senior Customer Account Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager will assist with customer service-related questions, problems, and issue resolutions, serving as an escalation point for account managers. The position will report to the Retail Customer Service Manager and work closely with the Retail Customer Service Supervisor in developing, motivating, and training employees.

What You Will Do

The Senior Account Manager will provide mentorship to entry-level CAMs, identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures, and develop training opportunities for account managers. They will also oversee RFS projects and deadlines, schedule quarterly business reviews, and review inbound contracted lanes for expiration of pricing.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the logistics/transportation field or retail market, an intimate understanding of RJW processes, and excellent verbal and written skills. They will be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and speak English, and have the ability to work under pressure situations and multitask.
