Requirements
- Assist Regional Sales Director in creating and driving a business plan strategy
- Hire, lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to meet sales goals
- Generate new business and meet revenue goals while improving gross margins and profitability
- Hold team members accountable to lead and lag measure goals
- Manage existing business accounts and build customer rapport
- Make sound decisions regarding team budget and expenses
- Deliver clear expectations and promote a positive work environment
