The Sales Manager is responsible for strategically leading a team and increasing revenue within a network of business partners in the transportation and logistics industry.

Requirements

  • Assist Regional Sales Director in creating and driving a business plan strategy
  • Hire, lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to meet sales goals
  • Generate new business and meet revenue goals while improving gross margins and profitability
  • Hold team members accountable to lead and lag measure goals
  • Manage existing business accounts and build customer rapport
  • Make sound decisions regarding team budget and expenses
  • Deliver clear expectations and promote a positive work environment
