Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in data engineering
- Experience owning end-to-end solutions in complex, regulated environments
- Extensive knowledge of Azure data services, and Snowflake/DBT, experience with MuleSoft is a plus
- Proven experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex technical topics
- Experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues
