Director of Performance Marketing, (Remote in North Carolina)

Rocket Lawyer is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead a growing team and acquire customers through various marketing channels. The role will play a critical role in owning business KPIs and developing strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience leading paid digital advertising
  • At least 4 years managing SEM with a deep understanding of search bidding strategies including tCPA and tROAS
  • At least 3 years experience managing app marketing
  • 4-6 years of people management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to lead, manage and engage team members
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and the ability to turn trends into actionable insights and hypothesis
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent in-depth knowledge in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Mobile MMP attribution measurement partner, etc.
